CURRENT REFUND POLICY

Refunds on  jewelry, handbags, apparel, & Esscents of Heaven products within 14 days of purchase

All items must be unworn and in the same condition as received, with all tags attached to be accepted and refund given.  Customer provides return shipping.  Once we receive and inspect the return, you will receive a refund back for the item(s) returned within 7 business days of our receipt, minus a 10% restocking fee.

**Please note, the If we see that there is damage to the items or if they have been worn or used, NO refund will be issued and the item will be shipped back to you.

THERE IS NO REFUND ON FOOD ITEMS 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
