Shipping policy

Product is typically shipped within 24 hours of order placed.  If you have chosen an item that requires additional time for delivery, it will be stated in the description box of that item. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been processed and shipped. Please allow 2-7 days for delivery.  

During holidays, inclement weather, and big sales shipping may take a little longer but all customers will be notified of any delays.

• **PLEASE NOTE** We will not be responsible for packages not received by the customer when there is a confirmed PROOF OF DELIVERY status with the shipping carrier. If you've placed an order that was lost by the carrier, you must file a claim with that carrier for reimbursement.  

   

• Thedra Lorraine inspects all products before being shipped out. We are not responsible for items damaged in transit by the shipping carrier. If your item was damaged in transit, you must contact the shipping carrier to file a claim for reimbursement.

• Thedra Lorraine will not be responsible for any packages that are stolen AFTER delivery (porch pirating)

All orders over $150 will be free shipping. This is excluding any any sale offers  and handling fees
